THOMAS J. SCULLY III
I am a transplant from the East Coast having attended Temple University on the GI Bill as a Vietnam Veteran at the undergraduate level and then attending Rutgers Law School. I moved to the region in 1974. I am admitted to the Pennsylvania and Illinois Bars in addition to Indiana. I have prosecuted criminal cases for the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office and also operated a general law practice prior to focusing on Social Security Disability. I have chaired the Social Security Law Committee with the Chicago Bar Association and have served on the board of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). I have my own office in Munster, IN which has served the Chicago and Northwest Indiana area for over forty-five years, and I am still passionate about the work. I attend and conduct seminars on a regular basis and continue to learn and improve my lawyering skills. MICHAEL DeYOUNG
I am from the South Suburbs and currently reside in Northwest Indiana. I have spent the bulk of my legal career representing Social Security disability claimants. This area of law allows me to utilize my skills to assist those truly in need. I have successfully represented clients at all levels of the disability process, including administrative hearings, the Appeals Council, and Federal District Court. JOSHUA M. MATEJCZYK
Most of my legal career has been spent exclusively representing disabled people before the Social Security Administration. I became a lawyer to help those in need, and no other area of law lets me feel like I have achieved that goal than helping those who have fallen on hard times obtain the benefits that they are entitled to. I have represented claimants at all levels of the Social Security process, including successfully arguing in front of the Federal District Court. My passion for helping those struggling to claim their hard-earned benefits burns bright, and I look forward to continuing to zealously representing you in your battle to receive the assistance you rightfully deserve.
